Harry Schmidt is the Director of Business Strategies for O’Shea Builders. In addition to guiding the organization’s strategic planning efforts, Harry also assists with financial and operational planning. He has been a key leader of various Lean initiatives for the organization teaching, coaching, and mentoring design and construction teams in the field. Harry formerly served as the President & CEO of Passavant Area Hospital and as the Vice President of Facilities Management at Memorial Health System. Before his tenure in healthcare, Harry served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force as an F/A-18 and F-16 pilot. During that time, Harry was both a graduate and instructor at both the Navy’s TOPGUN fighter weapons school as well as the Air Force weapons school. The principles of continuous improvement that applied to creating the best fighter pilots in the world apply directly to operational excellence in healthcare and construction.

Jared Christman is the Director of Innovation and Technology at Big State Electric, his entire career has been dedicated to the electrical industry. With expertise in field operations and bridging the technology gap between field and office workflows, Jared focuses on researching, identifying, and sharing best practices with office and field personnel to enhance their technology workflows. With a passion for teaching BIM/VDC, 3D modeling, and coordination, as well as implementing technology workflows, Jared's ultimate goal is to help elevate the electrical industry as a whole one electrician at a time.
