Washington, D.C. — Íæż½ã½ã of America (Íæż½ã½ã) today launched the Project Manager Development Program (PMDP). The curriculum is divided into five modules, each designed to increase project manager efficiency and effectiveness, provide instruction on the art and science of project management, and enhance professional development opportunities. The PMDP curriculum consists of:

Module 1: Estimating and Job Costing
Module 2: Contract Administration
Module 3: Project Administration
Module 4: Risk Management
Module 5: Leadership

PMDP will be offered at many of Íæż½ã½ã's 96 nationwide chapters, and can be brought in-house to construction firms or educational institutions interested in teaching the essentials of construction project management. For more information, visit www.agc.org/PMDP.
