Min 5 years of relevant project management experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of capital project management from an owner's perspective. Experience working in higher education or with similar complex institutions. Physical Requirements: Ability to access, including climbing ladders, any portion of a construction/facility site to survey, assess conditions and perform inspections of existing conditions.
